Directed by

Vertical Divider
Shakespeare’s bloody tale of the supernatural, the power of guilt, and the dangers of ambition. Macbeth, an accomplished Scottish warrior, receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become King of Scotland. Macbeth becomes obsessed with thoughts of taking the crown for himself. Lady Macbeth, his ruthless wife, pushes him to murder King Duncan and steal the Scottish throne. Macbeth is then consumed with remorse and paranoia. As Macbeth commits more and more murders, the ensuing bloodbath brings both him and Lady Macbeth into the realm of insanity.
