BECOMING A FILM & TV ACTOR
July 21-25, 1-5pm | Ages 12-18 | $150
Taught by Megan Becker
Learn everything you need to know about getting into the film and TV industry as an actor locally and in the LA market. You will get practice doing scenes and auditions in front of the camera to prepare you for real auditions here and in LA. We will go over how the film and TV business works as an actor, and what you can do to stand out. At the end of the camp you will come away with a reel you can show agents and casting directors showcasing your talent.

Megan Becker is an an actress and filmmaker who just recently had one of her films in The Grand Prairie Film Festival. For five years she ran Drybones Artist Collective, an organization that used the arts to explore social justice issues and contribute to other organizations making a difference in the city of Seattle. She also does theater and musical theater professionally. She recently moved from LA where she was teaching dance and working in film and TV.
