Outcry takes William Shakespeare’s brilliant historical tragedy and transplants it to a post-apocalyptic world where zombies roam the streets, and the question of who wields political power is a real matter of life and death. In this survival of the fittest world, Brutus fears that Julius Caesar will become a tyrant, so he joins a conspiracy led by fellow politician Cassius to assassinate him. Caesar's right-hand man Antony stirs up hostility against the conspirators and Rome becomes embroiled in a dramatic civil war.
